Terms and conditions for membership in Shri Swami Samarth Enterprises

1) Member must be 18 years of age.

2) Once you purchase an e-book, you will not get any refund. There is no refund policy in this e-book.

3) Please type the correct number while mentioning the Aadhar card number because if any member has mentioned the wrong Aadhar card number and this is found out in cross verification, the membership will be cancelled.

4) The proprietor himself has the full right to change the terms and conditions immediately. No member can interfere in this and it will be binding on every member to accept any changes. No member can comment on it or give any advice.

5) A person can purchase many e-books from his account. For example, if any relative friend of yours wants to buy an e-book but does not have online facility for purchasing, then you can help him by taking cash from him and making his payment from your account.

6) If a registered member makes someone a member through his own link, then the introducer will get 10% cashback on the purchase amount of the person purchasing the e-book.

7)10% of the daily turnover amount of e-book purchasing, will be distributed equally in the wallets of all the registered members. (Example is that if 100 members are joint members, then 10% of this turnover amount will be equally divided among 100 members).

8) The day when there is no e-book purchasing, no money will come in your wallet. This is an effort to take everyone along. For this, neither you have to work here nor you have to give your time. This is an effort through the firm to take everyone along.

9) Every week, i.e. from Monday to Sunday, the money that will be deposited in your wallet will come in your account on Tuesday or Friday of the next week.

10) Every household has at least one person who has artistic talent, but he is unable to present it due to lack of medium. It is our endeavor that you present your talent by sending us a one minute video, we will present that video through our YouTube channel free of cost.

11) For this, first you have to subscribe to the YouTube channel of Shri Swami Samarth Enterprises and press the bell icon. In future, through this YouTube channel, you will get valuable information on different topics for free

12) If in future due to government rules or due to any natural calamity or due to any other reason, this website is not able to make payment in your wallet, then also you cannot make any claim because you have received the e-book from the company in exchange for the price you have paid.

13) In our share market e-book, you have been given basic information which will help you in deciding whether to take advantage of trading in share market, forex market or currency market. We do not have any intention to encourage you to trade in share market or any other market. If you suffer any loss in any kind of market, you will be responsible for it yourself. Shri Swami Samarth Enterprises will have nothing to do with it. Our only aim is to give you information about share market and other markets.

14) We have another e-book for those who want to do business from home but are unable to find a way. There are 100 business ideas for doing business from home, out of which you can earn money by working on any idea. We have tried to give information on how to do business, how much cost you will incur, how you can market it. We hope that if you do these businesses, our aim will be fulfilled.

15) If you suffer any loss from any business given in share market or business e-book, then it will be your own responsibility. Shri Swami Samarth Enterprises will not be responsible for it.

16)Payments made to you through cashback or reward points will be remitted as per Income Tax rules, if tax is applicable therefore the payment will be made to you after deducting tax.
